“Don’t dare me with ‘’Machomen’’ come December 7”- NDC PC warns


The NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Sunyani West Millicent Yeboah Amankwaah has warned persons she describe as detractors not to intimidate her party executives and followers in the constituency come December 7 polls or meet them squarely.   

She claims information she is picking form some people believed to be in the New Patriotic Party reveals an intent to employ the services of body builders to frustrate electorates particularly of her party from going to cast their votes.

This information according to Millicent Amakwah is also to pave way for them to rig the elections for their paymasters.

The NDC PC recounted series of attacks during and even after the just ended voter registration exercise on her party supporters among many others in the constituency. She believes it is an attempt to scare her constituency executives from seeing to a free and fair elections and perform their duty accordingly.

Speaking in interview with Ark News after filling her nomination to contest for the parliamentary seat, Millicent Yeboah Amankwaah noted her team has begun on a door to door campaign to preach the good work by the erstwhile NDC government to canvas for votes in general elections.

She however charged the NDC members to be tolerant with opposing views to ensure peace in the area as election approaches. She also called on her supporters to embark on campaign devoid of insult to ensure peace and stability in the constituency.
